Running a Roster
A$24.95 per month including GST, per roster
After a 14-day free trial. Whether you run your own roster, run one for someone in your family, or coordinate for a living, it's the same price for the same product. If you run rosters for more than one participant, each is its own subscription.

Being a Support Worker
Free
Permanently, and not as a trial. You're here because somebody you work for put you here — charging you would be charging the person with the least reason to be in the room.

- Book time off, and pick up cover
- Produce an invoice from what you worked
- Never affected by whether anybody else has paid
What Happens If You Stop Paying
The roster goes read-only. Every shift, note and hour stays exactly where it is, you can still read all of it, and you can still export the lot. What stops is adding and changing shifts.
We don't delete a roster because a payment failed. It's the record of the support a person received, and it's often the evidence that matters at a plan review. Somebody's card expiring is not a reason to take that away.
If you'd rather it were gone — you're finished with it, or you simply want your data deleted — ask us and we'll delete it. That's your call to make, not a penalty for anything.
And a lapsed subscription never affects the support workers. Whoever is arguing about who pays, the person turning up on Monday still knows where to go.
Cancelling
Cancel whenever you like, from Settings. You keep what you've paid for until the end of that month; we don't refund the part-month you're in, except where the law says we must.
