Step by step

Open Time Off and choose the first and last day you are away.

The app shows which shifts that covers, across everyone you work for.

Press Yes, Book This Time Off. Those shifts come off you and go back to each family as needing cover.

Each family is told, and can ask others. You are not asked about shifts on days you are away.
Worth knowing
- Cover is chosen by the family, not first-come. Saying yes to a cover request is offering, not taking.
- Have to leave a shift early? On that shift in My Week, press Left early and say the time. The family is told straight away and the invoice uses the real time.
- A shift that never happened is Didn't happen on the same card, and it can be undone.
