Set what you pay
Your agreed rates, per worker, per time band. The app never guesses them.
Where to do it: A laptop or a tablet is easier for typing rates, but a phone works.
Step by step
-
Open Your Team and tap a worker to open their card.
-
Choose the kind of support they do: daily living, high intensity, community access or nursing. This sets the NDIS item codes their invoices carry.
-
Press Set what you pay. You see one line per time band: weekday day, evening and night, Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, and sleepover where it applies.
-
Type the hourly rate you have agreed for each band you use. Leave a band blank if they never work it.
-
Save. Shifts already on the roster are priced from these rates from now on.
Worth knowing
- Rates start empty on purpose. A shift for a worker with no rate shows no price and cannot be invoiced until you set one. The NDIS price limit is a ceiling the screen warns about, never a default.
- Rates are per relationship. A worker on three rosters has three sets, and each family sets its own.
- Time bands are worked out by the app from the shift times. A shift from 5:50am to 8:50am is ten minutes of night and then day, priced accordingly.
- One worker doing two kinds of support for you? Add another kind on their card, with its own code and rates, and mark the shifts that are that kind.
